Living in the UK you truly live in a first world country and you experience and see how their governments operate. Every so often something happens, like it snows or adverse weather and you see the whole country go into a virtual standstill. The events that trigger this vary but the result remains the same and it is not getting better only worse. The population grows but infrastructure is not growing fast enough with it.
