Ek is 'n 19 jarige student by die Universiteit van Pretoria. Ek het groot geword in Pretoria-Noord en bly nogsteeds hier.
Ek woon al vandat ek 6 jaar oud was in Pretoria-Noord, aan die voet van die Magaliesberg. Ek was hier in Laerskool Danie Malan en later in Hoërskool Pretoria-Noord. Ek verruil ons klimaat vir geen ander plek nie.
Ek het aan hierdie kant van die Magaliesberg gebly vandat ek drie jaar oud is. Toe ek klien was, was daar net mooi niks noord van die Wonderboom gebied. Montana het nie eers bestaan nie! Ons het een kafee in Braam Pretorius straat gehad, ʼn klein Pick 'n Pay in Sinoville Sentrum en verder niks.

We visited Mystic Monkeys and Feathers Wildlife Park that is situated in the Dinokeng area, just over 45 minutes drive north of Pretoria, and I can honestly say that this is the first zoo I do not feel sorry for the animals. We left Pretoria North on Sunday morning at 6h30 on the N4 Platinum Highway. At Mooinooi turn off we followed the Sparkling Waters Hotel and Spa directions and reached our destination, Magaliesberg Canopy Tours, exactly one hour later.
