Sugardrive, one of SA’s big five from the 90’s, has joined the band reunion bandwagon in releasing a best of album in Nov 2008 and will play a select few live shows in 2009! Sugardrive return ‘in a place that takes a little getting used to’… and this is exactly the name of the album, including the sugary rock faves from their five album career. Strong standing tracks such as Disco Lazarus, Ten Feet High, Michaelangelo’s Holding Hands and Girl You Made Me Bad. Album available off iTunes.

To kick start their comeback, they created a memory lane campaign, appealing to all fans to share their best stories and moments! Inside the best of album booklet are also some quotes about them from key SA music industry icons! Alanis Morissette, who they’ve shared a stage with, also adds some great words about the guys! Sugardrive is indeed one of SA’s finest sounds, proven with five SAMA nominations and three SAMA awards. We hope they get used to the place they’re in and stay around a little bit longer!
