Local music to feature big during World Cup

Fifteen radio stations will broadcast only local and African music during the 2010 Fifa Soccer World Cup, the SABC announced on Wednesday.

The corporation's public broadcasting service division's 15 stations would play 85 percent local South African music, while 15 percent would be dedicated to music from around the African
continent, spokesman Kaizer Kganyago said in a statement.
