The Independent Electoral Commission appoved the applications of 16300 South Africans living abroad to vote overseas on April 15. Almost 7500 of these votes will be cast in London at the South African High Commission off Trafalgar Square.The IEC confirmed 7460 voters are expected in London, 1228 in Canberra and 889 in Dubai 889.
