The Miami Winter Music Conference celebrates its 25th Anniversary and what better way to have the first South African party as part of the celebrations on 26 March 2010, bringing the spirit of ubuntu to Miami.

The South African Invasion line up includes top South African DJs : DJ Fresh, Euphonik, Milkshake, Black Coffee, Culoe Da Song, Fistaz and Mahoota. Over the next week we will introduce you to each of these DJs and what they're known for.

South Africa needs no introduction to house music, as it has been said that we love the genre so much that we consume a quarter of the world's total house music. House is played on commercial radio stations 24/7 and is the genre of choice over hip hop or pop for the majority of the population. As a matter of fact the South African Music Awards has 20 records nominated for record of the year, 12 of which are house/dance records.
