Mission Statement: To represent and promote mutual business interests between both Thai and South African businesses of our membership in Thailand and to further increase awareness of potential trade and investment opportunities between the two countries.

In addition to the commercial aspects listed above, the Chamber is also interested furthering social and cultural understanding between the different nationalities represented in the Chamber.
 
OBJECTIVES:

The Chamber has a number of objectives that it strives to achieve. These include:

To promote trade, industry, investment and economic relations between the countries of South Africa and Thailand,
To assist members of the SATCC in the promotion of trade, industry, investment, and economic relations between the countries of South Africa and Thailand,
To provide advice, ideas and suggestions for South African business interests in Thailand, in the fields of trade, industry, investment, and in other related matters, and to provide a business forum for members to consult one another,
To provide advice, ideas and suggestions for Thai businesses with an interest in doing business in South Africa or with South African companies,
To compile news, information, and statistics on trade in general, on industrial affairs, and on pertinent legal and financial matters, this for distribution to the members, and
To perform activities prescribed by law as the duties of the Chamber or as assigned by the Government.
