Die Antwoord consists of Ninja, Yo-landi Vi$$er and DJ Hi-Tek. Their debut CD, $O$, will be released worldwide on 12 October 2010.
The video for Enter the Ninja, which is also on YouTube, has been watched by more than 7.4 million people (as of 22 September 2010). The video is also often played on MTV in Europe.
The group’s world tour ended in the UK last month. They had been touring the US and Europe since June. Earlier this year they played at the Coachella music festival in Los Angeles as well as the Summer Sonic festival in Japan. They are scheduled to perform 35 more shows in the US and Europe during October and November.
