Ingredients
150g chickpea flour
15ml flour
1 medium potato, grated
1 medium onion, grated
10ml ground coriander seeds
5ml cumin seeds
3 green chillies (finely chopped)
5ml fine salt
5ml chilli powder
5ml baking powder

Method
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl, and add enough water to make a batter. Not too runny, the consistency should be thicker than a pancake batter.
Heat oil in a frying pan on a medium heat. When it is hot enough, using a spoon, drop the mixture into the oil and leave to fry until golden brown. Turn when necessary. Once the bites are golden brown, remove and place on a paper towel. Enjoy hot!
