Ingredients
1kg potatoes
1 onion sliced
1 cup diced green peppers
250ml fresh cream
125ml sour cream
1/3 cup milk
2 x sachets Sour Cream and Chives potato bake
1 cup Gouda cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Method
Peel and place your potatoes into a large pot of boiling water until par-cooked. Wait to cool, then slice the potatoes into rounds. In a bowl mix the sachets of potato bake flavouring with fresh cream, sour cream and milk until it is fully combined. Layer your potatoes in an oven proof dish, after each layer add a portion of the mixture and spread evenly. Keep going until all the potatoes and mixture has been layered. Top with onions, cheese and peppers. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
