The CDA acknowledges God as the Sovereign Creator of the universe, who has entrusted to humanity the right and responsibility to rule over the affairs of the world.
The CDA recognise that as a nation, we have lost our moral compass and the price we have paid, is despair, poverty, crime and the breakdown of the structures of society. CDA also recognise that it is the task of leadership to unashamedly and uncompromisingly provide this compass and direction for our nation.
The CDA therefore commits itself to install a God fearing leadership of integrity who will administer its task with wisdom. We commit ourselves to adhere to a moral worldview based upon the Word of God, and measure the interpretation of our policies against the prerequisites of biblical standards.
