Some KFC lovers will be happy to know that their favorite food is not as big of health hazard as fast foods are made out to be in this latest experiment.

Experiment Finds Alcohol Is Worse For Weight Gain Than Fast Food

It seems that KFC is not really the bad guy here apparently as one Australian man proves to find alcohol incredibly harmful to the body when consumed on a regular basis in comparison to fast food.

The Founder of the ICANIWILL show has undergone a series of challenges on TikTok to find the effect of both alcohol and fast food in a 30-day challenge respectively.

In his experiment, Conan decided to see the effect of eating fast foods for thirty days straight and put his body through torture if you ask me.

Fast Food is less dangerous than Alcohol

Through his attempt to see which product is more harmful to the body, Conan found that alcohol had much more detrimental and harmful effects on the body.

As he consumed alcohol on a regular basis throughout the day, his liver focussed all the attention on making sure that all toxins are removed from the body.

While Conan Visser went through this challenge he gained three kilos in just a week which accounts for the way his liver functioned to protect his body.

Excessive Alcohol Intake Increases Weight Gain Regardless Of Exercise

Interestingly enough, Conan still worked out to keep fit but it proved no difference as his weight gain remained the same. So far, Conan has reached his 11th day of drinking and is continuing to update his TikTok followers on his journey.

So, eating KFC might not be that bad at all as we generally assume that these foods have a negative impact on our bodies. This, however, does not mean that we should go wild on fast foods on a regular basis as it contains a high level of cholesterol and very little to no fiber.
