In the ongoing trial, Depp is suing Amber Heard for 50 million in damages. That is, for claims that allegedly caused damage to his reputation.
Thus far, Johnny Depp has detailed the early days of their relationship and things were pretty swift according to him. As reported by NPR, Johnny Depp and Amber had a good relationship and even started a welcome home ritual.
According to Depp, Amber would bring him wine when he come home and take off his shoes every day. One day, Amber was visibly busy when he came home and decided that he would take his shoes off himself.
Depp denies physically abusing his ex-wife
Johnny Depp further explained that Amber was upset by this and he could see some changes in her demeanor towards him after that.
“Within a year or year and a half, she had become another person, almost.”
One of the most frustrating claims for Johnny is the fact that he had raised his hands and hit Amber Heard during their relationship.
“I thought it was diabolical that my children would have to go to school and have their friends or people in the school approach them with the People magazine cover with Ms. Heard with a dark bruise on her face,”
