During her time in America, Madeleine Albright became an American citizen in 1957 and pursued a formal qualification. According to NPR, Madeleine had earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and would further pursue her honors degree at Columbia University in 1959.
While her past proved trying, Madeleine found herself to be the first female secretary for the former president Bill Clinton from the year 1997 to 2001.
