Gauteng:

Temperature: Fine and warm, becoming partly cloudy.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Very High.

Mpumalanga:

Temperature: Cloudy in the east with morning fog along the escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm. Isolated showers are expected in the east afternoon.

Limpopo:

Temperature: Cloudy in the east with morning fog patches along the escarpment, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm.

North-West Province:

Temperature: Cool in the east and central parts, otherwise fine and warm, becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon.

Free State:

Temperature: Fine in the north-east at first, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm.

Northern Cape:

Temperature: Fine and warm to hot, becoming partly cloudy in the south with isolated afternoon showers and thundershowers.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly.

Western Cape:

Temperature: Cloudy over the eastern interior and south-coast at first becoming partly cloudy and warm with isolated thundershowers over the extreme eastern interior otherwise fine and warm to hot.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong easterly to south-easterly along the south-coast but moderate southerly along the west-coast.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: High.

Eastern Cape:

The Western half – Temperature: Cloudy and cool with isolated showers and rain but scattered along the coast and its adjacent interior. It will clear from the west late morning.

The Western Half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong north-easterly.

The Eastern half – Temperature: Cloudy and cool with isolated showers and rain but scattered south of the escarpment.

The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong easterly to north-easterly.

Kwazulu-Natal:

Temperature: Cloudy and cool with isolated showers but scattered along the coast and adjacent interior. It will warm in the extreme north-east.

Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly, becoming moderate easterly to north-easterly from the south towards the afternoon.

The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Low.
