IMPACT-BASED WARNINGS:
- Yellow Level 2: Warning for damaging winds resulting in difficulty in navigation at sea is expected between Cape point and East London.
- Yellow Level 2: Warning for severe thunderstorms with possible heavy downpours, strong gusty winds, hail and excessive lightning leading to localized damage to infrastructure, settlements, vehicles and livestock is expected in the central parts of the Eastern Cape.
FIRE DANGER WARNINGS:
- Extremely high fire danger conditions expected in places over the central parts of the Northern Cape.

Temperature: Morning fog patches on the highveld, otherwise cloudy and cool but warm in the north with isolated late afternoon showers and thundershowers.

Mpumalanga:
Temperature: Morning fog patches on the highveld and escarpment, otherwise cloudy and cool but warm in the Lowveld with isolated showers and thundershowers but scattered in the south and south-east.
Limpopo:
Temperature: Morning fog and drizzle patches along the escarpment, otherwise cloudy and cool to warm with isolated showers and thundershowers in the south-east.
North-West Province:
Temperature: Morning fog patches in the east, otherwise partly cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers but scattered in the west.
Free State:
Temperature: Morning fog patches in the east, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm with scattered showers and thundershowers.
Northern Cape:
Temperature: Partly cloudy, windy and warm to hot with isolated showers and thundershowers in the east but scattered in the extreme east.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh north-westerly to northerly, strengthening in the afternoon.
Western Cape:
Temperature: Cloudy with mist along the south-coast at first, otherwise fine becoming partly cloudy and cool to warm with isolated showers and thundershowers over the interior and in the south by late afternoon.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh northerly to north-westerly north of Cape Columbine, spreading to Table Bay by the afternoon otherwise moderate to fresh easterly to south-easterly but strong to near gale along the south coast

Eastern Cape:
The Western half – Temperature: Morning fog in places over the interior, otherwise fine and hot but partly cloudy and cool along the coast. It will become cloudy with scattered showers and thundershowers in the afternoon.
The Western half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong north-easterly, reaching near gale to gale force in the afternoon.
The Eastern half – Temperature: Cloudy and cool with light rain along the coast and adjacent interior, otherwise partly cloudy and warm, becoming cloudy with scattered showers and thundershowers from late morning.
The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be strong north-easterly, reaching near gale to gale force in places in the south from the afternoon.
Kwazulu-Natal:
Temperature: Morning fog over the interior, otherwise cloudy and cool with scattered showers and thundershowers.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate south-easterly north of Richards Bay, otherwise moderate to fresh easterly to north-easterly.
