It all started with a Pizza and drinks order to the value of $42 to a car dealership in America, F&R Auto Sales. The dealership employee gave him two $20 bills and two $5 bills. So a total of $50.
Considering he is giving him more than the value of the order in notes eg. not two $20 notes and one $5 note it is acceptable for the delivery man to assume the rest is a tip and they also did not request change. When he arrived back at work it was a different story though. They requested him to come back and pay back the additional $7 paid.
Fair enough if it was an honest mistake by the employee overpaying the pizza delivery guy but they got into an argument with him about it, threatened to get him fired and verbally abused him. After all this they found it amusing to post the video on the internet but low and behold it back fired on them as the video went viral and they are getting negative reviews all over the internet (Yelp and Google).
