Flower Power Literally!

We are naturally drawn to the beauty of flowers and the latest research shows that the the sight and smell of flowers can change your brain chemistry and make you feel more positive.

Some studies has shown that keeping fresh-cut flowers in your home reduces your stress levels and give you more creative ideas at work. Flowers are not seen as food, though some are edible, but they are indeed food for our senses and our souls. The visual effects that flowers have can be seen as color therapy. The color you choose reflects your mental status and that color that makes you comfortable, heals your mind! Then there is also aroma therapy- the subtle aromatic substances of slightly fragant flowers makes your body and soul relax. A common example of this is you relaxing in a hot tub with soothing rose bubblebath… So, without even knowing it you were already benefiting from flowers’ many advantages and now that I have given you a broader view you can benefit even more!

So what are you waiting for? Get the flower-feel the power!
