To ensure efficient operation of all administrative functions within the Apprenticeships Programs delivered for Kruger Associates. The key duties of this post are to produce monthly claims and carry out effectively the day-to-day administrative tasks to include:
• Managing a team of 10-25 junior administrators on a day-to-day basis, delegating job roles and control over work load
• Collate, analyse and prepare complex monthly claims relating to delivery of Apprenticeship and other funded contracts.
• Working in a pressured environment and producing accurate claims to tight funding deadlines.
• Will produce detailed reports on Excel and use multiple databases as required by funding bodies, so must have high – level ICT skills and be a quick learner.
• Experience of SFA (Skills Funding Agency) auditing would be an advantage
• Will be required to liaise with senior managers on a regular basis so must be a confident communicator
• Set up and maintain computerised management information and filing systems, including confidential information and diary management ensuring accurate data is available as required
• Prepare monthly statistical reports.
• Ensure that all appropriate official documentation is completed in full and submitted on time. Any late information, e.g. claim forms, reviews etc must be followed up within 2 working days
• Deal with claims admin mail on a daily basis
• Ensure that accurate claim documentation/process is submitted for payment in line with funding bodies timescales and requirements

• Team Player supporting staff development, meeting team targets and objectives
• Knowledge of government funded programmes
• Experience of Databases input and report running
• Enhanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Access, internet and web applications
• Exceptional organisation and administration skills
It would be beneficial if the person also has the following characteristics:
• NVQ Level 3 Business Administration equivalent or higher
