Pit Bulls MAUL a Burglar on the Cape Flats

People might think this only happens in affluent neighborhoods but all South Africans are victims of crime.
Known for rampant incidents of gangsterism and crime, the Cape Flats (mostly inhabited by the Cape’s so-called ‘coloured’ community) have a majority of law-abiding citizens who are trying to make ends meet, work hard and try to avoid gang activities and crime. It seems that in this case this family had two dogs to protect their property. Reports suggest the victim of the dogs tried to break into the house.
Later reports also suggest the dogs were put down by the police after the incident.
