RECREATE YOUR LIFE

In my practice I often come across people who perceive the glass as half empty?  Is this you?

Do you complain and whine to anyone who will listen.  Are you never satisfied with anything?  What do you say when someone asks you how you are … do you say “ok, I suppose” or “not bad”.  Are you always angry and frustrated?  Your attitude may be what is dragging you deeper and deeper into a dark hole of negativity.

And even if you are a glass half full kind of person read this anyway, even if it is just as a reminder of what you can do to stay positive.

You are creating your lives with every breath, in every moment, and through every one of your thoughts, words and deeds. You have a choice every day when you wake up, and you make hundreds more choices throughout the day.

Use this as an opportunity to break away from old habits.  Start the day with the few positive steps listed on the website, because as the ancient Chinese proverb goes “A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step…”
