Tshegofatso Pule was murdered in 2020 when she was highly pregnant. She was said to be 8 months pregnant. According to the murderer, Pule was supposed to die a week before she was killed.
Pule’s killer planned on killing her the week before
The case regarding Pule is said to continue today. In the trial, it has come to light that Pule was supposed to be murdered a week before she died. The killer had failed to do so when she did not show up for an interview.
Since Pule did not show up for the interview, Shoba’s plan did not come to fruition. Now, Shoba is the boyfriend who impregnated Pule whilst he was in a relationship with someone else. In his attempt to keep his infidelity on a hush, he decided to plan Tshegofatso Pule’s death.

According to News24, the murderer confessed in court that he was hired to murder Tshegofatso Pule on the day she was called in for an interview. On that day, Pule did not show up for the interview and the killer waiting for her in the Jeep had planned his crime in vain.
When informed that Pule was not killed on the day planned, Shoba appeared to be annoyed according to the murderer on trial. On Monday, Tsita testified that Pule was merely lured to a Mcdonald’s in Ormonde of a job.
Tshegofatso Pule was lured to a fake interview
On the day of the interview, Pule was called and informed that the interviewer was running late and that she should get into a Jeep that was parked at a McDonald’s. This is when Pule did not show up for the interview.
When asked why Shoba wanted Pule killed, Malephane testified that Shoba was afraid that his wife will find out about the pregnancy. Let alone the fact that he had been unfaithful.
Thus far, Malephane has admitted to killing Pule on Shoba’s instructions. On the other hand, Pule was found dead on the 4th of June 2020 hanging from a tree.
