- Very cold conditions are expected over the eastern parts of the Free State as well as in places over the Highveld of Mpumalanga.

Temperature: Cloudy in the morning with isolated showers and rain in the extreme south, otherwise partly cloudy and cold.

Mpumalanga:
Temperature: Morning fog patches and drizzle along the escarpment, otherwise cloudy and cold to very cold but cool in places in the Lowveld. It will becoming partly cloudy from the west from late afternoon.
Limpopo:
Temperature: Morning fog patches and drizzle along the escarpment, otherwise cloudy and cool to cold. It will becoming partly cloudy from the west from late afternoon.
North-West Province:
Temperature: Cloudy and cold to cool with isolated showers and rain is expected over the extreme southern parts. It will becoming partly cloudy from the west from afternoon.
Free State:
Temperature: Very cold in the extreme east, otherwise cloudy and cold with isolated showers and rain over the central parts, but scattered in the east.
Northern Cape:
East temperature: Fine in the west, otherwise partly cloudy and cold to cool with isolated showers and thundershowers in the east in the morning.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong south-easterly.
Western Cape:
Temperature: Morning fog patches in places over the south-western parts, otherwise fine and cool to warm but cloudy over the central Karoo in the early morning.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh easterly to north easterly reaching strong in places north of Cape Agulhas in the morning.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Moderate.
Eastern Cape:
The Western half – Temperature: Partly cloudy in the east at first, otherwise fine and cool to warm.
The Western half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh easterly.
The Eastern half – Temperature: Partly cloudy and cool to warm, with isolated showers and thundershowers, but scattered in the north where it will be cloudy.
The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be light to moderate north-easterly.
Kwazulu-Natal:
Temperature: Morning fog patches over the interior, otherwise cloudy and cold to cool with isolated morning and afternoon showers and thundershowers but scattered in the south-west.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate easterly to north-easterly.
