Amarula Sweet Potatoes Recipe

• Slice the sweet potato in thin slices in aluminium foil.
• Add butter, brown sugar and Amarula to taste
• Seal the foil tightly and place it on medium to hot coals.
• Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until cooked.
