BBQ Baby Back Ribs On The Braai Recipe

What you will need:

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • a cup of All Gold tomato sauce
  • 50ml Worcestershire Sauce
  • 50ml Mrs Ball Original chutney
  • 1 teaspoon of Aromat
  • 1 teaspoon Safari Vinegar
  • 1 cup of water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to prepare

Mix all the ingredients together and you will have the perfect BBQ marinade at a fraction of the cost.
Marinade your ribs 12 hours in advance although it is not necessary do so. Save the remaining marinade as you will need this to baste your ribs whilst braaing. Remember to turn constantly other wise your marinade will burn!

Enjoy! Eet Lekker!
