I made it the first time and stopped the microwave every 3 minutes to stir, but the second time I forgot about it and only halfway through the cooking I remembered and stirred it and to my surprise it was like ‘mielie’ bread, then just stirred it again with a fork and it was super delicious. I have to make it now once a week!
2 Cups ‘braaipap’
2 Cups milk
1 Can Creamed Sweetcorn
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Teaspoons salt
Beat the eggs together with the milk
Add all the ingredients in your microwave dish and mix together. Cover.
Place dish in microwave oven for 20 minutes on full power depending on the type of microwave you have, I cooked it on full power (800 watts)
