Ingredients;
- 175g sugar
- 10ml lime juice
- 150ml whole milk
- 275ml cream
- 4 eggs
- 5ml vanilla
Method;
- Caramalise the sugar with the lime juice
- Heat the milk and cream
- Wisk the eggs in a bowl
- Put 2/3 of the caramel into a souffle dish
- Add the milk and cream to the rest of the caramel put back on the heat and melt the caramel in the cream
- Slowly add the cream mix to the eggs
- Pour in the souffle dish and put in a bain marie in the oven and bake for 1 1/4 hour at 150*c
- When it comes out the oven cover with cling wrap and let cool in the fridge.
Turn out and serve with Strawberries
