Ingredients:
- 1 cup ketchup
- ½ cup minced onion
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 6 minced garlic cloves
- 1 finely chopped whole shallot
- 4 large mushrooms
- 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoons liquid pectin
- 1 Teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 onion powder
- ¼ Teaspoon ground cloves
- ¼Teaspoon cinnamon
Method:
Add all ingredients into a blender and whip until it is smooth. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and let simmer for 20 minutes, occasionally stirring and allow to cool. Once cooled, store in a container in refrigerator.
