- ½ cup tomato sauce
- 2 ⅔ TBS honey
- 2 TBS soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 6 pork chops
Preheat grill on the stove on a medium heat. Lightly oil the grill. Whisk together the tomato sauce, honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a bowl – this is for the glaze.
Sear the pork chops to seal in the juices on both sides. Brush glaze onto each chop and turn over as they cook. Brush the other side too. It should take 10 minutes on each side. Before your final turn, add the last bit of glaze on the chops.
Serve with creamy mash potato and a side salad.
