- 6 medium shanks
- 250ml tomato paste
- 2 medium onions (chopped)
- 4 tablespoons coriander
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper (ground)
- 500ml dry white wine
- Fry onions, shanks, salt and pepper together.
- Add wine and boil until reduced.
- Add tomato paste and coriander
- Simmer at low heat till shanks are soft.
