Traditional Pimms
1 slice per person of orange, lemon, apple, cucumber
1 sprig of mint
2 parts lemonade to 1 part Pimms
Add strawberries for a true touch of Wimbledon
Bitter sweet banana Pimms
1 shot Pimms
1/2 shot gin
1 shot Bols creme de bananes
1 shot rosso vermouth
1 shot Rose’s lime juice
3 dash Angostura bitters
Shake, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve in a martini glass.
