Ingredients:
- 6-8 Medium potatoes
2 Packets of dried salami sticks 200 g
1 Packets chopped mushrooms, 400 g
1 Packet cream of chicken soup
1 Container cream, 250 ml
Sage and herbs to taste
Pinch of red pepper
Method:
Cook the potatoes with skin until soft. Tip: To peel them, you need to remove the hot water immediately and replace with cold water, it will be easy to remove the skin now. Mash the potatoes using an electric masher or use whatever you have.
- Heat your frying pan, saute the mushrooms until golden brown.
- Add Chopped salami and saute until warmed through, add this to the mash.
- Place the pot with mash back onto the stove. Add the chicken soup and mix well, now you add boiling water until the potato soup is the consistency you like.
- Let the soup boil for another 30 minutes, add your herbs and spice.
- Stir in the cream, plate into serving bowls and garnish with what you like.
