It’s as easy as one, two, three and in a few minutes you have a quick-and-easy pizza dough recipe that doesn’t only look great, but tastes incredible too. It’s perfect to transform those leftover meats or veggies into something extraordinary, and really is as simple as it sounds.
Makes 1 pizza base
1 cup self-raising flour (or 1 cup plain flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder)

A sprinkle of oregano dried herbs

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. If the mixture is too wet, add a little more flour and if it’s too dry add a little more yoghurt. Bring the ingredients together in a ball when it is the right dough consistency.
Turn out onto a surface sprinkled with flour so the dough doesn’t stick. Knead the dough for about 6-8 minutes. Gather into a ball and roll out into a pizza shape.
Add tomato sauce, and your favourite toppings as you would on a homemade pizza. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes and voila!
