Ingredients for chocolate mug cake
- 4 tbsp self-raising flour
- 4 tbsp caster sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 medium egg
- 3 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil or sunflower oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
Method
Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder in the biggest mug you have. When combined, add the egg, milk, oil and vanilla essence. Mix until all the lumps are smoothed out. Add the chocolate chips and mix further.
Place your mug in the middle of the microwave and cook on high for 2-3 minutes – or until it has risen and is firm to the touch.
Sprinkle some choc chips on top and enjoy!
