Who is fault of the two drivers is not in question but the fact that all three the pedestrians narroly escaped death just gives us the chills. How do you ever trust crossing a road after something like this?

How’s this for a close call?
It's not every day that you see an accident happen thanks to drivers who choose to drive fast in a residential road but to be almost killed by a spinning car just pushes the envelope.
