Yes MINI, the car with substance in abundance, has teamed up with legendary trailer designer, Airstream and furniture design group Republic of Fritz Hansen to produce a unique concept for outdoor living- The MINI Airstream. Reflecting its adventurous personality and style, the MINI Airstream concept has drawn its inspiration from surfing and beach lifestyle.
The jet black MINI Cooper S Clubman comes with black “wetsuit” neoprene accents and a lightning green trim giving it a distinctive beach-going character. Inside, all the gadgets that a surfer or diving enthusiast could think of have been integrated, including specially crafted equipment storage facilities in the boot.
Meanwhile the 22ft silver Airstream trailer enjoys the same exterior details as its MINI chauffeur as well as an über-chic, custom-made waterproof interior complete with a sun bathing bed.
