On the other hand, my parents and the older generations can remember the first time they ever made a phone call and having to speak to an operator first. We have evolved from the most basic form of speaking to someone a long distance away to the most advanced phones that fits in your pocket, emails, surfs the internet and do a ton of things we never thought possible.
