IMPACT-BASED WARNINGS:
- Yellow level 2 Warning for Wind resulting in blowing dust and difficult driving conditions for high-sided vehicles on prone routes can be expected over the eastern parts of the Northern Cape, the extreme western parts of the North West province and the western parts of the Free State.
FIRE DANGER WARNINGS:
- Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over the Free State, North West province, the eastern parts of the Northern Cape and the northern parts of the Eastern Cape.

Temperature: Fine and warm.

Mpumalanga:
Temperature: Fine and warm but hot in the Lowveld.
Limpopo:
Temperature: Fine and warm.
North-West Province:
Temperature: Fine and warm to hot. It will become windy and partly cloudy in the west.
Free State:
Temperature: Fine, windy and warm but partly cloudy over the central and the western half.
Northern Cape:
Temperature: Cloudy to partly cloudy in places in the morning, otherwise fine, windy and cool but warm in the east and north.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-westerly.
Western Cape:
Temperature: Cloudy to partly cloudy and cold to cool with isolated to scattered showers along the south coast in the morning, spreading to adjacent interior and Cape Metropole from the afternoon.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh south to south-westerly.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Moderate.
Eastern Cape:
The Western half – Temperature: Partly cloudy and warm in the northern interior, otherwise cloudy and cool with isolated light rain and showers in places, but scattered along the coast. Windy conditions can be expected over the northern interior.
The Western half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh easterly, becoming fresh to strong westerly from the west mid-morning.
The Eastern half – Temperature: Cloudy south of escarpment at first, otherwise partly cloudy and warm, becoming cloudy in the south, with isolated showers and rain. Windy conditions can be expected over the northern interior.
The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be light north-easterly, becoming moderate to fresh easterly, but light southerly.
Kwazulu-Natal:
Temperature: Partly cloudy in the east at first, otherwise fine and warm but hot in places over the interior. It will become cloudy in the south-east from the evening.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate north-easterly, becoming fresh at times in the afternoon.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Very High.
