Mpumalanga:
Temperature: Morning fog patches on the escarpment, otherwise fine and warm becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon but
cloudy in the east with overnight drizzle on the southern escarpment.
Limpopo:
Temperature: Morning fog patches on the escarpment, otherwise fine and warm to hot becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon.
North-West Province:
Temperature: Fine and warm.
Free State:
Temperature: Fine and warm.
Northern Cape:
Temperature: Fine and hot to very hot but extremely hot in the southwest becoming partly cloudy over the interior from the afternoon.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly.
Western Cape:
Temperature: Cloudy to partly cloudy and cool with early morning fog along the south coast but light drizzle from the mid-morning, clearing from the west by the evening, otherwise fine warm to hot in the interior and very hot to extremely hot along the west coast.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be light to moderate north-westerly along the south coast in the morning otherwise moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly from the afternoon, becoming strong along the south-west coast by the mid-afternoon.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Moderate.
Eastern Cape:
The Western half – Temperature: Cloudy with fog in places in the south, otherwise fine and cool but warm in places over the interior, becoming cloudy in the evening with rain along the coast and in the southeast.
The Western Half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be light westerly, becoming moderate to fresh south-westerly from late morning.
The Eastern half – Temperature: Cloudy with fog in places south of the escarpment, otherwise fine and warm, but cloudy along the coast spreading inland in the evening with rain in places in the south.
The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be light westerly, becoming moderate south-westerly from the south late morning, but strong in the afternoon.
Kwazulu-Natal:
Temperature: Partly cloudy with morning fog over the interior, otherwise warm but hot in places in the north. It will become cloudy from the south by afternoon with isolated showers and thundershower except in the northwest.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate easterly to north-easterly north of Richards Bay, otherwise moderate to fresh southerly to south-westerly becoming strong in the south by evening.
