IMPACT-BASED WARNINGS:
- Yellow level 4 for damaging waves is expected along the coast between
Plettenberg Bay and Oyster Bay as well as between East London and Port Edward
until Sunday. - Orange level 6 for damaging waves is expected along the coast between Oyster Bay and East London until Sunday, resulting in disruptions of small harbours and/or ports, with beach material thrown onto prone coastal routes and large waves posing danger.

Temperature: Fine and cool.

Mpumalanga:
Temperature: Fine and cool but warm in the Lowveld as well as the northern parts of the escarpment.
Limpopo:
Temperature: Fine and warm.
North-West Province:
Temperature: Fine and cool.
Free State:
Temperature: Fine and cold, but cool in the north.
Northern Cape:
Temperature: Morning fog patches along the coast, otherwise fine and cold to cool with morning frost over the southern high ground. It will become partly cloudy with isolated showers over the southern parts from the afternoon.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be light and variable becoming moderate to fresh north westerly by late morning.
Western Cape:
Temperature: Cloudy cold to cool with isolated showers and rain but scattered showers in the extreme south-west in the morning.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong westerly to north-westerly, reaching gale along the south coast in the morning.
The expected UVB Sunburn Index: Low.
Eastern Cape:
The Western half – Temperature: Fine in the east at first, otherwise partly cloudy and cool but cold in places.
The Western half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be Strong to Gale westerly but moderate to fresh by evening.
The Eastern half – Temperature: Fine and cool but partly cloudy and cold in the northern interior.
The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh westerly becoming fresh to strong south westerly in the south in the afternoon spreading east towards evening.
Kwazulu-Natal:
Temperature: Fine and cool, but warm in the extreme north-east where it will become partly cloudy in the afternoon.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be Moderate north-westerly north of Cape St Lucia at first, otherwise moderate to fresh southerly to south-westerly, it will become gentle south-easterly in the late afternoon.
