Severe Weather Alerts
IMPACT-BASED WARNINGS:
- Yellow level 2 warning for WIND resulting in localized problems for high-sided vehicles on prone routes are expected over the West Coast, Cape Winelands and Central Karoo of the Western Cape as well as the southern parts of Namakwa Districts of the Northern Cape from the afternoon into Monday.
- Yellow level 2 warning for WIND leading to difficulty in navigation at sea is expected between Cape Columbine and Cape Agulhas from the evening into Monday.
- Yellow Level 2 Warning for WAVES resulting in difficulty in navigation at sea is expected between Cape Columbine and Cape Agulhas from the evening spreading to Plettenberg Bay on Monday.
- Yellow level 4 Warning for WAVES leading to possible infrastructure damages and disruptions to small harbours is expected between Oyster Bay and East London in the morning.
FIRE DANGER WARNINGS:
- Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over the central and northern parts of the Northern Cape and the Central Karoo of the Western Cape.
ADVISORIES:
- Orange level 5 warning for RAIN resulting in flooding is expected over the City of Cape Town on Monday.
- Yellow level 2 warning for RAIN resulting in localized flooding is expected over the southern parts of the West Coast, Cape Winelands and Overberg Districts on Monday.

Temperature: Fine and cool.

Mpumalanga:
Temperature: Cloudy in the east at first, otherwise fine and cool, but warm in the Lowveld.
Limpopo:
Temperature: Cloudy in the east at first with morning fog patches along the escarpment, otherwise fine and cool, but warm in the Lowveld.
North-West Province:
Temperature: Fine and cool to warm.
Free State:
Temperature: Fine and cool. Black frost is possible over the western parts in the morning.
Northern Cape:
Temperature: Cold in the south, otherwise fine, windy and cool to warm.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be light to moderate southerly to south-easterly becoming north-westerly by the afternoon reaching fresh to strong by the evening.
Western Cape:
Temperature: Cloudy to partly cloudy over the south-western parts, otherwise fine and cold to cool and windy.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be light to moderate northerly to north-easterly north of Cape Columbine until mid-morning, otherwise moderate to fresh north-westerly to westerly reaching strong to gale force between Saldanha Bay and Cape Agulhas spreading to StillBaai by the evening.

The Western half – Temperature: Fine and cool.
The Western half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh north-westerly, becoming moderate north-easterly in the afternoon.

The Eastern half – Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate north-westerly, becoming north-easterly in the afternoon, but northerly in the evening.
Kwazulu-Natal:
Temperature: Fine and cool but partly cloudy in the extreme north-east. Morning mist patches are possible over the interior.
Wind: The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh northerly to north-easterly.
