Broken Danny Jordaan protecting a broken president

What this shows is a broken Mayor, protecting a broken President.

Danny Jordaan has this morning personally and in writing instructed the removal of the DA billboard, showing him to be the personal protector of Jacob Zuma.

Jordaan has given no reasons for his executive instruction to remove the billboard, and has simply autocratically instructed its removal.

The DA is therefore currently consulting our lawyers with a view to take urgent legal action against Jordaan and the NMB Municipality.

Jacob Zuma deployed Danny Jordaan to NMB to do his bidding in a desperate ANC attempt to keep control of the Municipality.

Together with Jordaan’s billboard decree, yesterday the Jordaan ANC administration denied the DA permission to march today against the corruption of Jacob Zuma, to protect Jacob Zuma. The reasons given for refusing our permission were spurious, and probably illegal.

Under Danny Jordaan, the NMB municipality is being used to protect the ANC and Jacob Zuma, rather than protecting the people against corruption.

Real good governance starts with change and a new DA government, to see this Metro turned around. With immediate infrastructure upgrades, proper economic development, zero-tolerance on corruption and seamless housing projects, Nelson Mandela Bay will quickly rise to the top, just as Cape Town did after the DA took over.

Change is coming to NMB.
