Corruption is “Western” crime only – Zuma

And even if it is a crime, there are no victims of corruption. <p style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: 16.8pt; vertical-align: baseline;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 16.8pt;">This reasoning is one of the explanations Zuma gave for criminal charges against him relating to the arms deal to be dropped. His court papers says corruption is only a crime in a “Western paradigm”. City Press newspaper, who read the papers, reports Zuma’s lawyers also argues that even if corruption was a crime, there are “no victims” of corruption.
