The DA said it was “ready and prepared for these crucial elections and on Saturday, 23 April 2016, the DA will launch our Manifesto at the Rand Stadium in Johannesburg”.
According to the DA it will use the coming months to travel the length and breadth of South Africa offering its message of CHANGE that will create jobs, deliver better services and stop corruption.
The party also referred to the ANC not taking the opportunity to vote against their blundering president when opposition parties brought a motion to impeach Jacob Zuma. “Yesterday, the ANC showed us just how much they have changed. They are no longer the party of Nelson Mandela. We cannot sit back and let our country shift off the course that we set ourselves on in 1994.
“That is why from Cape Town to Tshwane, from Nelson Mandela Bay to Johannesburg, we will tell South Africans that we can get our country moving in the right direction again if we all stand together and vote for the Democratic Alliance on 3 August 2016.”
