When the lights go out more than just the lights at home goes out. Businesses stop functioning, commerce stops, manufacturing stops the entire country’s economy takes a massive knock. But, Eskom is more concerned about re-assuring us there is no crisis. It’s like a captain of a boat telling you there is no problem get on the boat but you can see it’s busy sinking.
Watch the video, listen to questions in Parliament and this is exactly why we are in big trouble. Questions are not being answered, apartheid blamed for slow progress and “there is no crisis” is used as a response to a crisis.
