A senior Kenyan election official member, Chris Msando, hadn’t appeared at work for three days until he was found dead on Monday. The opposition immediately declared that this case could drop tomorrow`s national vote into chaos.
The killed official took the position of the head of election board of information and technology. The head of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, Wafula Chebukati, told journalists near the City Mortuary that they had no doubts that a man was brutally tortured before the killing. She also said the police did know who killed Chris Msando.

NASA at once called a press conference. The opposition stated that this murder was a direct attempt to destroy the upcoming election and start violence.
