Tshegofatso Pule was 8 months pregnant when she was found hanging from a tree with shot and stab wounds in Durban deep. Today, the High Court in Johannesburg has found Ntuthuko Shoba guilty of premeditated murder.
Tshegofatso Pule gets justice
During the height of the coronavirus pandemic, Tshegofatso was found to be in the hands of a murderer. In his justification for the murder, he expressed that he didn’t want his wife to find out about Pule and her pregnancy.
In an attempt to keep things hush-hush, Ntuthuku Shoba hired a hitman to murder Tshegofatso Pule. The first time he was supposed to finish the job, Pule was scheduled to have an interview, and the 31-year-old murderer hired was the designated driver.
When Tshegofatso Pule didn’t show up for the interview, the job couldn’t be done. The second time around the murder was carried out and Tsego’s body was found days later.
Shoba found guilty of premeditated murder
The last time Tshegofatso Pule was seen was at Shoba’s house. She was found days later hanging from a tree with stab wounds as well as shot wounds.
Thus far, Malepani who carried out the murder confessed to the court that Shoba had initially offered him 7000 to carry out the murder. But this amount was then later pushed up to 70 000.

According to IOL, Judge Stuart Wilson found Shoba guilty of premeditated murder. In the live broadcast, Shoba was found guilty on count one of the indictment. But was acquitted from the obstruction of justice.
Presently, sentencing will only take place in May.
