Personal Assistant
You will be a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills. You need to be client focused and have the ability to deal pleasantly with people at all levels. Working within a team, responsibilities will include administrative support to immigration consultants, typing, client liaison and general office duties.
Previous experience of immigration will be an advantage.
Receptionist/Telephonist
Ideal candidates will be friendly individuals who take pride in remembering names and faces and who enjoy interacting with people. You will be well spoken, and have the ability to deal pleasantly with people at all levels.
