To tackle a hard day’s work you always need to put on your best face. If you do not already know what skin type you are, this is the first step to take. Every woman should have a cleansing routine twice a day. It is very important to always tone immediately after cleansing to restore your complexion’s ph balance before moisturising. If you do not tone, don’t even bother to moisturise because your skin will not absorb it efficiently. Moisturiser must always be applied after cleansing as the third step in the cleansing routine to lock the moisture in your skin.

THINK OF EXERCISE AS STRESS RELIEF

Even the busiest working mums can find the time for quick exercise, whether a brisk walk around the block or an early morning jog! Exercising at least three times a week will increase your energy levels and in the process relieve you of excess stress. But we all know exercise’s core purpose for most women is to burn fat, thus doing regular exercise will not only help you at work with relieving stress, or at home where extra energy is needed to run the household after a busy day but also to reach personal goals in reaching your preferred body weight.

Nothing detracts from one’s appearance as much as unattractive hair. It is very simple to keep your hair looking healthy and shining and full of life, as you are full of life as well.
