News24 obtained CCTV footage of the cash-in-transit heist and reported the location being an Engen petrol station on Peter Mokaba Road (know previously as Ridge Road) only several hundred metres away from Dr John L. Dube House, the official presidential residence in Durban.
They reported that the driver was shot in the hand but there had not been any other serious injuries.
